Website analytics
We use Meta Pixel to understand anonymous website activity, such as page views, whether visitors start or complete the scam-risk quiz, and which next-step link is selected. We do not send quiz answers, scores, result bands, result codes, names, photographs, screenshots, or case materials through these analytics events.
Information you provide
You may choose to send Kor photographs, profile details, chat screenshots, phone numbers, usernames, email addresses, identification, documents, payment information, or other material connected with your case.
How the information is used
The material you provide is used to review your situation, communicate with you, conduct an agreed investigation, and prepare or refer back to your report.
Case folders and confidentiality
Information, screenshots, and documents supplied for an investigation are kept in a private folder for that case. Case materials are not published, sold, or shared with other clients.
LINE and other services
If you communicate through LINE, your messages are also handled through LINE’s service and are subject to its own privacy practices.
